CVYL member teams who have a League Athletics website for their town program, should link their town website & teams to the CVYL parent organization website, season, and corresponding teams.  Once these links are established, the games created on the CVYL website will appear on town website too.

Following are the steps to link websites & connect town teams to CVYL. 
Note: you will need administrator level access to your town website to establish the links.

Link Your League Athletics Website to CVYL

1 – Log in to your town website

2 – Go to Admin > Configuration > General Settings

3 – Scroll to the bottom of the page.  Under Parent Organization scroll to find Connecticut Valley Youth Lacrosse and select the organization if it isn't already highlighted.

4 – Click Submit

Link Your Town Team to a CVYL (Parent League) Team

Boys Teams - Towns should link all Boys Teams to the corresponding CVYL team

Girls Teams - Towns should link only Junior & Senior Girls Teams to the corresponding CVYL team

1 – Log in to your town website 

2 – Go to Admin > Teams > Divisions & Teams

3 – Scroll through the list of your town teams and click the Edit team icon for one of your Junior and Senior girls teams.

4 – Scroll to the bottom of the General tab

5 – Under Link to Parent League(s) click on the Drop-Down box next to Connecticutt Valley Youth Lacrosse.  Scroll through the list of teams and find the one that corresponds to your town team.  In the example below, we are linking the Somers Senior Girls team to Connecticut Valley Youth Lacrosse > SENIORS > SENIORS Division I > Somers

6 – Click Submit

7 – Repeat steps 3 through 6 for all of your Boys Teams and Junior & Senior Girls teams
